Returns & Exchanges
At HANSEN Garments, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your items are not quite right, you may return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt. All returned goods must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund.
Register Your Return
Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and the necessary shipping documents.
Prepare the Package
Place the items safely in their original packaging or a sturdy alternative box, ensuring the completed return form is included inside the parcel.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point, making sure to keep your tracking receipt.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
